  1. Sign in the Account of COA (Chart of accounts)
  2. Click open the desired report in the account
  3. At the top of the report, Select the Excel from the drop-down.
  4. Click on create a New Worksheet.
  5. Select Create a comma-separated values (.csv) file just before hitting send.
  6. Select Export.
  7. Then rename the file and choose the location where you want to save the file.
  8. Then you are free to locate, open or edit the file as per requirement.
