  • Accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P) payment applications. These will need to be manually applied after transfer via the appropriate screens in QuickBooks or QuickBooks Accountant Edition.
  • Non-posting transactions such as estimates, sales orders, and purchase orders.
  • Payroll checks, which are transferred as journal entries. Importing paychecks directly is not supported by QuickBooks.
  • Price levels
  • Attachments
  • Recurring or memorized transaction definitions, which will need to be set up again after transfer.
  • Memorized reports, which will also need to be set up again.
