First Method: Run QuickBooks Accounting Software without a Company File

• There must be C++-related errors. To run QB applications, you need to solve these errors.
• Now, first of all, check that QBW.exe isn’t running alone or with other programs in the background.
• Now, press ‘Ctrl + Alt + Delete’ altogether and then go to the Processes tab.
• If you see any process with the name QBW.exe, you need to end the task. Right-click on it and click on End Task.
• Select Yes to confirm, and the process will discontinue.
• Now, press and hold the CTRL key and then right-click on the QuickBooks icon.
• Select Open. The software will open, and no company file will open in it.
• Check if you are getting the same error or if the error has been resolved.

Second Method: Close all the Windows and then open QuickBooks Payroll and the Accounting Software

• First of all, follow the above-mentioned steps to close the QBW.exe file.
• Once the file is closed, double-click on the QB icon to open it and then long-press the ALT key in the No Company Windows.
