- Ping the server with the hostname

- First, you have to restart your computer, on which your Sage 50 cloud account data is there. If the problem persists even after restarting, then you have to follow the second step.
- You need to press the Windows + R key on your keyboard on the computer that holds your 50cloud account data.
- Enter services.msc, then click OK, then look for the following services in the list of services.
