  • Login as admin and click on Windows start>Control Panel> Default Programs>Set their default programs.

  • Click on the Customer and select a default e-mail program.
  • After completing this task, restart the email software program as well as Sage 50.
  • At last, verify the email address and try to again email the document.

Solution 4: Check Add-in for Outlook is installed

  • First of all, you have to close Sage 50 and Outlook.
  • After that, you start the complete installation process of your Sage 50 Accounts product.
  • Message You currently have Sage 50 installed. Select OK when pops up.
  • Select Add/Remove Program Components. Then you have to select Next.
  • After that uncheck Add-in for Microsoft Outlook and select Next.
  • Now repeat the same process and re-add the checkmark for Microsoft Outlook Add-in to reinstall the add-on.
  • Now Email transactions from Sage 50.

Solution 5: Try to send a file via Windows

  • Click right on the Desktop and select Create New and Text Document.
  • Click right on the new document select mail recipient and send.
