Here are some quick fixes for Sage 50 unable to connect to the server of the Email. check Sage’s Licence Service status, correct your computer’s date & time, run as administrator, reset licence information, and configure your firewall.
Resolution 1: Wait until Sage Licence Service is restored
If the Sage Licence Service is unavailable due to any technical issue, you can access Sage 50 Accounts again once the service is reinstituted. Please try opening your Sage 50 Accounts again after some time. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by such unforeseen adversities.

- Press the Windows key and R then type timedate.cpl and click on OK.
